Pipet Tip Box Recycling

Pipet tip boxes are recyclable on campus!

Please decontaminate the outside of each box

By:

Autoclaving them

Put a piece of autoclave tape on them before they go in to show they’ve been autoclaved.

Then:

Gather them all together in a clear plastic bag, and take them to the large recycling bins on wheels located in your building or on the dock of your building marked with an orange and white sticker on the lid “Plastic Bottles / Aluminum Cans”

(such as the bin pictured at right)
